Early Head Start is a federally funded program that offers eligible families access to high-quality early learning and education. As an educator in this classroom, you would provide these children with a safe, nurturing, and loving environment where their education and learning can soar. Every child deserves an early head start to their academic success and our educators strive to do just that. When becoming an Early Head Start Teacher you will be providing the children in your care with a foundation to excel in school.

Guiding children through play, games, and activities will assist in developing the skills they need to be successful and prepared for kindergarten. As a Pre-K teacher, you have the opportunity to help make life-long learners who will be ready to tackle the world. It’s important to support a child's active curiosity about the world around them and develop skills to support them in their future. Signing, dancing, playing, rhyming and exploring are just a few of the memorable activities you will get to lead and participate in!

School age Teachers engage children by planning out lessons to give them a break from their day at school, while still providing an opportunity for learning through play and social interactions. Our Educators respect each child’s differences and teach them that their uniqueness is something to be valued and appreciated. As a school age teacher, you would always stay up to date on the newest trends and fads through your daily interactions with students. Come use your creativity and imagination to make every day a positive one for our school age class.

Children must begin to make healthy eating habits at a young age. When children are offered healthy food options and have role models making healthy choices, they are more likely to stick to it throughout their lives. As a part of our nutrition team, you would be assisting children in making this healthy life long choice by providing them with well-rounded meals. Our nutrition team plans and prepares meals that include all 5 food groups while providing opportunities for children to expand their taste buds and try different foods they might not have at home. Nutrition is an important part of a child’s life and can impact their overall health and well-being in surprising ways.
